The DoxWorks case
DoxWorks provides full architectural, interior design and urban design services, synthesizing large firm experience with small firm culture. We developed a deep strategy together with the firm’s director, Jonathan, in order to understand the main pillars to be represented in the brand. We concluded that it had to be impactful (to represent the buildings that are memorable and evocative, challenging the status quo), timeless (to imply enduring solutions, not trendy ones) and adaptable (to portray the design process, which needs to be responsive and nimble). The first concept is depicted in the logotype, which we intended to be bold and a bit suggestive. Through typography and composition, we aimed to give it a timeless impression. The final touch is given by colour, with a personal palette carefully chosen from the Boston landscapes. The same ideas triggered web design, and we focused on conveying clarity and impact, letting the images speak for themselves.
